Scope: This tool combines explanatory elements from ESMA/2016/1452. Jurisdiction cards describe the group entity, but establishment alone does not determine reporting responsibility: branches, permissions and the applicable UK or EU regime must be checked. The tool does not decide whether a transaction is reportable, determine every field value, replace the FCA validation rules, or account for every fact pattern.
